在DXOMARK的相機跑分榜上，小米11 Ultra得分143分，領先第二名華為Mate 40 Pro+ 4分。小米11 Ultra DxOMark 總分第一名，Photograph、wide angle、視頻都是第一名。
Parameters，小米11 Ultra 全球首發GN2，1/1.12″Photosensitive element，Officially said it has the strongest night scene focusing technology：dToF，64 Dot matrix laser focus；The strongest night scene algorithm：自研「夜梟」超級夜景算法，Handheld photos surpass long exposure for 30 seconds。Ultra-wide angle and telephoto are both IMX586，Telephoto is 120X periscope ultra-telephoto，Wide angle is 128° Ultra wide angle。
